Rules, Regulations, and Policies

Section I.

Club Penguin Update Team is a non-profit organization to help out the players of Club Penguin in search for cheats. All photos are taken of Club Penguin

All photos are taken by the members of our site. Photos may not be copied or taken with out permission from our site. We reserve the right to shut down any sites that steal photos. Our security systems have been enforced as of 11/1/08. Please be respectful and abide.

Section II.

Club Penguin Update Team posts all of its own posts. If we ever use someone else's post without their permission we would e-mail them for their permission first. We do not allow people copying already copied posts. Club Penguin Update Team doesn't take anything from blogs stating no copying. Please reserve their right as well as our right.

Section III.

Please sign all of the contracts and waivers before using our site. You don't have to sign a waiver, but you may be vulnerable to many things. It is mandatory that you use our content usage release form before you copy content. If you don't your site will be closed. We may accept you, we may not. Please be patient and do not take any action until that is completed.

Form Information

To access the waiver form, you must type "waiverform" in for the password.

To access the User Content Use and Taking Form, you must enter "contentusage" as the password.

Thank you for participating in this program. We want to continue to make everyone safe on the internet and give everyone to have their own work counted and credited for them alone.

There has been confusion with the last paragraph when I said we may accept you, we may not. I only meant that for the Content Release and Usage Request Waiver Form.
